HOTEL GALILEO, Florence – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the city center and major tourist sites. The rooms were quite spacious but lacked proper soundproofing, leading to disturbances from outside noise. The service was very friendly and helpful overall, although there were some attempts to negotiate feedback in exchange for cheap breakfast. The dining experience was satisfactory with a typical Italian breakfast spread. The value for money was acceptable considering the location.

The dining options were good, although a few more choices would have been appreciated. Overall, it was a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, but lacked space to open my luggage comfortably. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of options, but the soundproofing could be better.

I can't get over how amazing the breakfast was! Scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, including fragola, a delightful selection of dolce, and that coffee - just outstanding. On the downside, the room wasn't the one I originally booked, and unfortunately, the air conditioning is not soundproof, making the street noise quite loud.
